***BUYER'S PREMIUM AND TAX: A buyer's premium of 14% will be applied to each winning lot, and 7% sales tax will also be charged to all in-state bidders unless the buyer possesses a sales tax exemption number, provided before bidding. ***PAYMENT: Payment for any purchase is considered due and payable on receipt of invoice. All payments are due in our office by Thursday by 5:30pm. Payments accepted are cash, check, bank wire transfer, or Visa/Mastercard. All cards with have a 4% convenience fee applied at time of payment. Declined credit cards will have a $5 fee added. Items over $500 may be required to pay with a wire transfer, fee of $25 will be applied. The buyer agrees to pay AAA Auction Service, LLC a handling charge of $35.00 for any check not honored by the drawee. ***PICK-UP: Pick up for winning items is Thursdays at listed times. Please book pick up time through winning email or text. Drive through the open gate on right side of building, come around and park in front of door 3, and enter through door 2. WE CAN NO LONGER ACCOMODATE CUSTOMERS ON THURS WITH NO BOOKED TIMES just showing up randomly, assigned time will be 3p. The next pick up times will be Tues 10a to 5p or Thurs 10a to 5p with a $10 convenience fee. ***SHIPPING: Payment for items needing shipped will be charged at time of invoice. ***SHIPPING: SHIPPING IS VERY EXPENSIVE RIGHT NOW. Anything more than 20" price starts at $60 and up. We do in house shipping. We use Shipping Saint and do have charges for handling and supplies in addition to shipping. The items will be packed and then an invoice will be sent for payment through Shipping Saint via an email. If damage does occur, we insure every package. All claims will need to be filed through Shipping Saint form that we provide to you via email. Items not paid for within 7 days of auction will be forfeited. No exceptions. ***FIREARMS REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age for long rifle, and 21 for handgun. Buyer agrees to pay $30 for a background check, will be added at time of pick up. Required for each auction, even if recently purchased firearm from previous auction with AAA Auction. Person picking up must be person on invoice. If shipping firearm buyer must provide an FFL to transfer gun to. Buyer responsible for shipping costs. No exceptions. ***ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Items are sold as-is. All bids made by all bidders are legally binding contracts to purchase articles for the price offered according to the terms and conditions listed herein. If a winning bidder does not perform within the terms of this contract, the auctioneer may, in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise as liquidated damages. Articles not paid for and removed within 7 days, the announced payment and removal times may be resold at public or private sale without further notice, with no reserve; any deficiency, together with all expenses and charges of resale, including legal fees, will be charged to the defaulting purchaser. If the purchaser breaches any of its obligations under these conditions of sale, including its obligation to pay in full the purchase price for all items purchased, AAA Auction Service, LLC. may exercise its rights under the law, which may include canceling the sale and applying any payments made by the buyer to the damages caused by the breach, and/or offering at public auction, without reserve, any lot or item for which the buyer has failed to pay in full or failed to remove from the premises within 7 days. The buyer will be held liable for any deficiency plus all costs of sale. The liability of AAA Auction Service, LLC. to any buyer regarding any item shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid by such buyer. It is the responsibility of the bidder to arrange method and delivery of complete payment with auctioneer.

Items left after 5:30p will have a $10 Per person charge for storage. Items over $500 may be required to pay with a wire transfer, fee of $25 will be applied. The buyer agrees to pay AAA Auction Service, LLC a handling charge of $35.00 for any check not honored by the drawee. Items, whether paid for or not, will be considered abandoned by the auctioneer if they are still on AAA Auction, LLC. Declined credit cards will have a $5 fee added. It is the responsibility of the bidder to arrange method and delivery of complete payment with auctioneer.
Pick-up Thursday 10:00am to 5:30pm, please book a time through winning email or text. EVERYONE MUST COME IN THE DRIVE SINGLE FILE. THE DRIVEWAY IS NOT FOR 2 WIDE CARS. IF YOU CAN'T GET AROUND YOU WILL NEED TO WAIT UNTIL THE LINE MOVES FORWARD. PLEASE BOOK A PICK-UP TIME AND THIS CAN BE PREVENTED. IF YOU DO NOT BOOK A TIME, YOU ARE THE ONE BACKING UP THE LINE. All charge cards on file will be charged at 6pm on Thursday for items not picked up. Items not picked up will be held for 7 days. After that time, they will become the property of AAA Auction Service. If the items are not picked up on Thursday, there will be a $10 per person convenience charge to pick up on another day. That day will be the following Tuesday or Thursday. Please do not come to the building on Friday's or Mondays to pick up. We cannot get our auctions set up for the next week.
