THIS IS A SOFT CLOSE AUCTION. AT 7:00 PM THE FIRST LOT WILL CLOSE AND EVERY 10 SECONDS AFTER THAT A LOT WILL CLOSE. IF A LOT RECEIVES A BID IN THE 60 SECONDS THAT IT IS CLOSING IT WILL EXTEND THE BIDDING ON THE LOT AN ADDTIONAL 60 SECONDS. * 7% Indiana Sales Tax will be charged for this auction unless you are tax exempt. * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. * All descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. * We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. * Buyer's premium rate charged. - 15% * Payment types - Credit Card ( VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS) *All items must be removed on the date listed for pick up. If we are unable to contact you via phone, text or email this could cause you to be declined from all future auctions. * Shipping is available. Buyers will be charged a per box rate of $10 per lot, supplies, and the shipping cost. You will receive a text to pay for your shipping prior to the end of the auction. Each item we ship is insured for the value it sold for in the auction sale. Buyer agree's to hold harmless Flesher Brothers Auctioneering & Real Estate Inc. for any damages caused during the shipping process. Items will be packaged and shipped to the best of our ability.
