This Auction allows bidders to bid on the EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS to purchase a selected plate number from the new Nevada "Mining for Your Future" License Plates. All proceeds from this sale, along with a portion of the proceeds from the registration or renewal of each Mining in Nevada plate go to the Northern Nevada Society for Mining, Metallurgy, & Engineering (SME) to fund scholarships for Mining, Engineering, Geology, Metallurgy, and other mining-related fields at Nevada universities. The final proceeds of this auction will be considered a donation to the SME to further the above-mentioned initiatives. This is Round 1 of the auction and will include a total 15 lots.
