Once a winning bid has been determined, your name and information will be provided to the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles as the sole owner of those rights. All typical DMV registration costs will be applied when you purchase/register the actual plates. When you become a winning bidder at auction you have effected a binding contract. All proceeds from this sale, along with a portion of the proceeds from the registration or renewal of each Mining in Nevada plate go to the Northern Nevada SME to fund scholarships for Mining Engineering, Geology, Metallurgy, and other mining-related fields at Nevada universities. The final proceeds of this auction will be considered a donation to the SME to further the above-mentioned initiatives. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
