Registered bidders agree to all terms and conditions as set forth by auction company. All items are sold strictly as is, where is including all faults. B & H Auction strives to accurately describe all auction items, however, written and/or oral descriptions are only our opinion and should not be considered a guarantee or warranty either express or implied. Also, the absence of a condition report does not imply it is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear. Items that are mechanical or electrical in nature are not tested prior to cataloging. If we personally test an item, we will note the results in the description. Again, the absence of a test report does not mean the item is in working condition, it only means our staff has not tested it. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine to their own satisfaction exact condition and authenticity of an item, however the nature of some of our auctions does not allow for bidders to personally preview items. Bidder agrees that by placing a bid, they signify that they have either examined the items, or that they accept the item as it is without their personal examination. Bidders cannot rescind or reduce their bids. All sales are final - no refunds or returns.
B & H Auction reserves the right to reject any bid at its sole discretion. Auctioneer has right to withdraw or add items at their sole discretion, can group individual lots together or split single lots into multiples, and has right to settle all bidding disputes.
Ownership is transferred once auctioneer calls it sold. B & H Auction holds no liability for any item after is has been called as sold, and is not responsible for any loss or damage after such time. Loading purchased items is the sole responsibily of the buyer and B & H Auction is not liable for any loss incurred during that process. If a buyer chooses to use an auction staff member to assist in the loading process, buyer agrees to hold B & H Auction harmless of any and all damages that may occur. Assistance is only offered as a courtesy.
18% Buyer's Premium charged to all online bidders. All online, absentee and phone purchases must be paid for upon receipt of invoice. A valid credit card must be made available to secure all online bidding and may be used for payment of invoice. Acceptable forms of payment include MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash, approved certified funds, wire transfer, or approved check with a valid US billing address. Invoices containing jewelry, coins or silver will require payment by cash, wire transfer, or approved certified funds if you have not established a prior bidding history with our company. B & H Auction reserves the right to hold items paid for by check until the check has cleared. Wire transfer fees will be incurred by the buyer. B & H Auction may, at their discretion, require certain lots to be paid for by wire transfer only.
We accept USD (U S Dollars) if paid within 24 hours after close of auction, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. All sales subject to Virginia sales tax as stipulated by state law, unless you have a resale certificate on file with us.

Please note: the nature of some items can cause the shipping and handling fees to be quite expensive and we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping. In addition, shipping can take up to 8-10 weeks so we would prefer that you arrange to have your items picked up.
