- A 10% buyer's premimum will be added to the final bid to reach the total selling price and the final contract price of the real estate.
- Property will close within 45 days of auction.
- PAYMENT: 10% non-refundable down payment made the day of the sale with the remainder due at closing within 45 days after auction. Acceptable forms of payment are as follows: Cash, Check ( with bank letter to gaurentee funds), cashier's check, or wire transfer. Please note that a transfer fee will be charged to the buyer if that is the preffered payment method.
