Auction Terms & Conditions
All properties are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS and WITH ALL FAULTS”, without any warranties expressed, implied or guarantees of any kind. Agent represents the seller only and does not inspect properties on bidder’s behalf. All measurements, square footage & age are approximate and not guaranteed. Seller and or Agent makes no warranty as to accuracy of information. All information is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed, buyer to verify ALL information, to their satisfaction before bidding. Page Realty and Auction reserves the right to withdraw, without notice, any items in the auction at any time.
It is important that you familiarize yourself with these terms & conditions of Sale. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions stated, DO NOT BID. You will be bound by these terms and conditions. Good luck and good bidding. Agent/Auctioneer may withdraw, extend, or rearrange any property and or item(s) at their sole discretion at any time, without notice and will not be liable for any computer, internet or website malfunctions. Bidding may extend, if bids are placed within the last minute. Payment must be made day of sale. We do not approve any international bidding. It is up to the auctioneer to approve or disapprove bidders.
The Buyer’s Premium fee, applicable sales tax, and a $15.00 doc fee (to cover title preparation and a 30-day drive-out tag) will be added to all vehicle purchases.
Payment to be cash (U.S. currency), cashier’s check, personal check with certified bank approval letter, or wire transfer. An approved check may be written with a bank letter of guarantee specifying that the check is good for the exact day of the auction. No credit card payments will be accepted as payment for purchasing a vehicle.
Vehicle titles will be ready for pickup (local buyers) or sent in the mail (out of area buyers) within 2 weeks of accepted payment.
Buyers please remember that it is the Buyers’ responsibility to view & inspect the vehicles and verify all information to their satisfaction prior to bidding. We do not own the vehicles being sold. Auctioneer will announce the information that we know on each vehicle.
Based on Tennessee Law, the Auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of the vehicle owner up to any reserve price set on the vehicles being sold.
ONSITE PURCHASES
For all onsite purchases, payment is due in full the day of the sale. Failure to make payment will result in being banned from Page Realty and Auction. No vehicle(s) will be allowed to leave the auction premises without full payment.
ONLINE PURCHASES – ONLINE BIDDERS
A 3% fee will be added to the purchase price of all vehicles purchased online. All out of state bidders and new bidders registering to bid online must submit a bank letter of guarantee to our office by 5:00PM (CST) on the Friday before the auction in order to receive bidding approval. No online bidders will be approved on Saturday mornings.
All online buyers must pay for any vehicle(s) purchased before 12:00PM – Noon (ET) on the Monday following the auction. If vehicle(s) are not paid for by that time, a late payment fee of $100.00 (per vehicle) will be added for each day that the payment is not received. Failure to make payment will result in being banned from Page Realty and Auction. No vehicle(s) will be allowed to leave the auction premises without full payment.
