Seller reserves the right to accept, reject, or negotiate the high bid. Property sells as-is with no warranties expressed or implied. -Property is offered with a Buy It Now option. Matt Ramsey Auctions will consider written offers submitted before Monday, September 23rd, 2024 at 5:00 PM MDT.
