All Purchases Must be Picked up by the Purchaser in the Advertised Prescribed Period Following the Sale. 7. Shipping will only be Allowed if Advertised as Offered on the Particular Sale, the Shipping Fees will be Actual Costs Plus a Handling Fee. 8. All Goods Not Picked Up During the Prescribed Pickup Period Following the Auction, Will be Considered Abandoned and Will Be Disposed of at the Seller's Discretion and Disposal Costs if Applicable will Be Charged to the Buyer. For Currency Auctions, all items not picked up at the end of the advertised pickup period following the auction, will be automatically shipped and charged to the credit card on file. 9. All Payments will be made by Credit Card which can be processed upon completion of auction
Auction Purchases Available to be Picked Up Monday and Tuesday, June 3rd and June 4th: 9:00AM to 4:30PM. Paid Invoice must be presented for release of goods. Shipping will be available upon request as advertised on a sale by sale basis. The Cost of Shipping plus a Handling Fee will be Charged to the Purchaser, and paid by Credit Card prior to shipping. In the case of Currency Auctions, all goods not picked up nor pickup arrangement organized, will be shipped out and charged to the credit card on file. We use Canada Post for regular shipments: Canada and USA: - Flatbox packaging is the most economical for of shipping but is available in Canada. It includes tracking and $100 liability coverage. The weight limit is 5 kg. - USA- Shipments will be sent via Canada Post in the most suitably sized box available. For goods of irregular size we will source out the best shipping options. You will be responsible for any duties if applicable at your point of US destination. - Purchases in excess of $100 will be insured for the remaining balance unless specified by the purchaser in advance. The purchaser will be required to sign upon release. - We charge cost plus $10 administration fee per package. Administration covers the following: preparation for shipping (ie: purchasing supplies, packing), measurement/ weight input, shipping details and custom declarations for CP online system, delivery to the post office. FYI: There is no option to sent items without tracking unless they fit the dimensions of a standard envelope (small bubble envelope qualifies).
