Auction Terms & Conditions FEES: All item(s) will incur a 16% Buyers Premium, as well as HST & a $1.00 handling fee. PAYMENT: Payment for all items is mandatory by the day following the auction. If you win the bid, we expect payment via credit card, PayPal or e-transfer, & we reserve the right to charge your credit card on file for the total amount stated in the invoice. Credit cards are processed the morning after the auction, and a copy of the receipt will be sent to you by the following day. If you decide to pay via e-transfer, please indicate this in the "notes to auctioneer" before registering for the auction. If we do not receive the alternate payment method by 2 pm the day after the auction, we will charge the credit card on file. E-transfers with invoice auction # applied in notes can be sent to gm4852@yahoo.com Auto-deposit is turned on, no password required. Once we receive the e-transfer, we will send you a paid receipt that day. Buyers must pay for their purchases & make payments within a day after the auction. Failure to do so will result in being blocked from future bidding. We cannot accept alternate forms of payment over the phone. PICK-UP: You can pick up your items at 4645 Hwy 17 Spragge, ON. Please ensure that all items are collected within 3 days of the auctions closing. If you fail to do so, the items will be considered abandoned, & no refund will be issued as the consignor would have received their payment. Before leaving the premises, please inspect all items & ensure you have taken everything. You can only collect your items with a paid invoice, so kindly ensure that you have paid before attempting to collect the items. All items must be removed within the specified time, & the purchaser shall bear the expense, liability, & risk of removal. If you are unable to collect your items, kindly refrain from bidding. All items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. If you fail to pick up your items during the posted pick-up times, your items will be considered abandoned. In such a case, your credit card will be charged for the purchase price of the item. SHIPPING INFO: For those who want their purchased items shipped, kindly indicate "shipping required" in the "notes to auctioneer" upon registration. Please note that we cannot provide shipping quotes in advance as they depend on the size, weight, & destination of the item(s) once they have been processed for shipping. If you fail to indicate your shipping preference during registration, you have 48 hours after the auction to request shipping via email. Please be reminded that the buyer will shoulder all shipping costs, including return shipping. If you do not settle the shipping fee within 72 hours of receiving the shipping quote, your order will be considered abandoned. Should you abandon a shipping order, we will charge your credit card for the purchase price of the order. RETURNS: Please be advised that Returned Merchandise items are not inspected & are sold without warranty or guarantee. This means some items may be in new & perfect condition, while others may have been previously used, damaged, missing parts, or not in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for missing parts, signs of usage, or cosmetic damage. Additionally, items with a sale price under $20.00 (before buyers fee & taxes) are final sales & cannot be returned for a refund. If you receive an item that is different from what is described, please report it within four days from the auction date. We here at Glass Mountain Auctions will review the report & attempt to find a resolution at our discretion. Please note that all items are sold as is. Refunds for purchases made through e-transfers cannot be returned to the e-transfer account. Instead, e-transfer refunds will be issued as a credit on your auction account. The credited amount can be used for future purchases. GENERAL TERMS: For security purposes, we may request that you provide a photo ID and credit card when collecting your items. This is simply a precautionary measure to prevent fraudulent activity, stolen credit cards, or chargebacks. To participate in our auctions, bidders must register with their own credit card and are not permitted to use a credit card that is not in their name. If we find that a registered credit card belongs to someone else, we will deactivate the account to prevent fraud and chargebacks. Multiples are used when bidding on items with a quantity greater than 1. This means that the bid price will be multiplied by the quantity to determine the total cost. For instance, if the bid price is $10 and the lot has a quantity of 4, then the total cost would be $40. Please note that once a bid is placed on an item, it cannot be canceled. Only place a bid if you fully intend to follow through with it. We are unable to cancel bids for any reason. You accept responsibility for your account when you agree to our terms and conditions. If anyone else, such as family members, uses your account without your permission, you (the account holder) are still responsible for paying for any items they bid on. To keep your account secure, never share your password and always log out when you are finished using your computer. Remember, you are solely responsible for your account. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with loading your vehicle. If you require assistance, please bring additional people with you. BIDDING NOTIFICATIONS: If you want, you can receive email notifications when someone outbids you during the auction. However, please remember that you won't receive any notifications during the last two hours of the sale. ADDITIONS & DELETIONS: Please note that we may make changes to the items available for sale during the auction. This includes the removal or addition of lots and/or items. BUYERS: It is required that all bidders/buyers be of legal age. SOFT CLOSE: Items in this auction have regularly scheduled closing times. To prevent last-minute "sniping" by bidders, any bids placed within the final minute of the auction will extend the item's closing time. This process will continue until all bidding has come to a close. CATALOGUE ERRORS: Our policy for resolving discrepancies between item descriptions and pictures in a lot is to use live photos as the primary source of reference for identifying errors. Please note that we sell all items as-is, which means that any existing faults are included in the sale.
