Appraisal done by Kline Timber Co.** Selling at auction will be 76.139 acres with approx. 56 +/- of tillable farm ground and 20 +/- acres of harvestable standing timber & woodland. Complete access to the property is on Culbertson Road, with a cut-through access to the east side through the woods (see map). New estimated annual taxes are $2,231.59.
