ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Everything is sold "AS IS" with no guarantees, exchanges, returns, credit, or refunds unless otherwise stated by the auctioneer. Should a guarantee be provided by Gold N Times, all refunds, exchanges, and returns must be requested within 7 days of the customer taking possession of the merchandise. Requests after that point may be denied. No chargebacks are allowed. It is the responsibility of the bidder to assure him or herself of an item's condition prior to bidding. The bidder may review photos or ask specific questions before the auction closes. Gold N Times does not take responsibility for the buyer's failure to examine an item or obtain information. Merchandise is not subject to adjustments once the item has been sold. PAYMENT is due in full within 5 days of invoicing. Payments can be made through the credit/debit card provided at registration, by cash, or by check. We accept Visa, Discover, or MasterCard. To make a payment using a credit card, email info@goldntimes.com for authorization. Specify if you would like us to charge your card on file or provide details for an alternative card. All payment communication must be done via email, not by phone. Otherwise, it will be assumed that you intend to pay with cash or check. If no payment is received within 5 days after the scheduled pickup time, the credit card used at registration will automatically be charged. By bidding on an item, you are entering into a contract to pay for your purchases. Purchases of over $2,500 made by new buyers must be paid by certified bank check or cash. Purchases of silver, gold, or jewelry made by new buyers must be paid by certified bank check, wire transfer, or cash. SALES TAX & BUYER'S PREMIUM: All sales are subject to appropriate sales tax and buyer's premium. A 20% buyer's premium will be added to all items purchased. If paying with a credit card, an additional 3% will be added to the invoice in addition to NYS sales tax. Sales tax is not charged if the item is shipped out of state. Sales tax exemption paperwork must be complete and submitted prior to payment. Once sales tax is charged, it will not be refunded. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the auction company, to ensure that sales tax paperwork is complete, up to date, and on file. If you would like to email a copy of your ST-120 form, please send it to info@goldntimes.com. Sales tax exemption paperwork must be complete and submitted prior to payment. Once sales tax is charged, it will not be refunded. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the auction company, to ensure that sales tax paperwork is complete, up to date, and on file. PICKUP: Buyers are responsible to arrange for payment and collections of their item(s) within 7 days of the scheduled pickup date. Any variation to your pickup time, whether it's delayed, earlier than planned, or if someone else will be picking up on your behalf, must be communicated via email (info@goldntimes.com) prior to your scheduled pick-up time. ALL alternative arrangements must be communicated via email to have confirmation in writing, not by phone. Merchandise left 3 weeks after the auction closes with no communication may be resold. Pick-up is on Wednesday September 18th, from 12:00pm - 6:00pm. Pick-up location is 15 Genesee St. in Mt. Morris, NY 14510. Any removal of lots is the responsibility of the bidder. Please bring assistance to load large items and packing materials as we will not have any available on location. SHIPPING: Gold N Times does not automatically ship every lot. Each lot has a "Shipping Available" or "No Shipping Available" icon. Shipping is not offered unless direct arrangements are made with the auctioneer. If you need your items shipped, please email us at info@goldntimes.com after you receive your invoice to make arrangements. We may work with a third party for an additional shipping and handling fee, or we can bring your items to a local shipping center if that is your preference. To use third-party shipping, the total cost will include the cost of shipping plus a $35 handling fee per lot. Note: All firearms will require a FFL transfer and NICS check, which will be conducted by Sugarbush Armory at 2065 Clinton Street Rd. in Attica, NY 14011. Payment for firearms is to be made to Gold N Times prior to pick up at Sugarbush Armory and you must present your paid receipt to the Sugarbush employee. Sugarbush Armory will charge $35 per long gun transfer and $50 per handgun transfer. They also offer a discount for more than one transfer. Any shipping arrangements for firearms must be made with Sugarbush Armory. All firearms are located at Sugarbush Armory for viewing.
