All Credit Card Payments will have a 2.5% processing fee. If payments are not received within 20 days of Invoice Date, they will accrue a 5% late fee (minimum $25.00), which will additionally accrue every 30 days thereafter. Account will be deemed overdue and reversed, if payment is not received within 60 days of end of Auction at which time legal action may be instituted. |

Terms and Conditions
1. The placement of a bid confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions as stated below.
2. Any lot may be withdrawn at any time AND for any reason whatsoever.
3. All lots are sold to the highest at one advance over the second highest bidder.

4. Successful bidders will be notified within 2 days of lots won by emailed Invoice, which will contain all of their successful bids plus a 15% buyers commission as well as a $3.00 Handling Charge per Package and all associated Shipping Charges.
5: Invoices are due and payable upon receipt. Payment can be made in the form of a Check (either by mail or e-mail), Postal or Bank Money Order, Certified Bank Check, Cash (if Local) or Credit Card. All Credit Card Payments will have a 2.5% processing fee.
6: If payments are not received within 20 days of Invoice Date, they will accrue a 5% late fee (minimum $25.00), which will additionally accrue every 30 days thereafter. Account will be deemed overdue and reversed, if payment is not received within 60 days of end of Auction at which time legal action may be instituted.
7: Grading is our opinion, please see photos before bidding.
8: New Jersey residents must pay 6.625% New Jersey State Sales Tax, unless we have a valid resellers certificate on file.
9: Any lot described in error can be returned for a full refund of purchase price, if we are notified in writing via Phone, Mail or Email within 14 days of receipt of your winning lots. Any lot containing more that 7 individual items (stamps) cannot be returned for any reason whatsoever. Please see note below.
For returns - Please note:
All stamps, coins, sports cards, memorabilia, ephemera, etc., are to be considered as genuine, original and as described. If you would like to submit an item for Certification, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of said item. Formal notice of submission, either by phone or email, as well as a copy of same, must be made to us within the aforementioned 14 days. Upon receipt, we will extend our return policy to 60 days after which no extension shall be granted and the sale will be CONSIDERED FINAL. If the Certificate is received with an opinion significantly different than the one described, we will accept the return of the item for a full refund, as well as refund the cost of the certificate not to exceed $35.00. Items sent for “GRADING” will not be accepted for returns. We will only accept the opinions of APS, PFC, PSE, PSAG, NGC, ANACS, PCGS, William Crowe or Patricia Kaufman. If the item in question has a purchase price of less than $199.00, upon its receipt, we will only refund the cost of the item and not the certificate. The item in question must be returned in its original condition and packaging, as when shipped to you. If the item already has a certificate, the item may not be returned for any reason whatsoever. If the item is encased, the refund and submission policy as stated above, does not apply. If the item was not encased and is submitted by you for encasement, it may not be returned to us for any reason whatsoever.
THE INABILITY OF ANY OF THE ABOVE REFERENCED AUTHENTICATING SERVICES TO EXPRESS AN OPINION IS NOT GROUNDS FOR RETURN!

Shipping / Pick Up
Shipment of your lots will occur after payment is received and cleared. The method or carrier used for shipping will be decided on by us. You will be notified of shipping cost with your invoice and you will be notified of the shipping method with a tracking number for all purchases exceeding $100.00.
Upon receipt of your invoice, and if you LOCAL and prefer, you may stop by our office and pick up your package. Just let us know that is your intent and we will remove the shipping charges from your invoice. The $3.00 Handling charges however will still be your responsibility.
PLEASE NOTE: We are only in our offices between Wednesday thru Friday, during 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Calling to schedule an appointment is highly recommended.
