Out of State Buyers & WINNING BIDS left past pickup date Will Have Their Items mailed out through USPS. A second charge for shipping and handling will be placed on the credit/debit on file with HiBid. $5 USPS & $10 for UPS, Shipping and Handling charge plus USPS Postage or UPS will be charged to credit/debit on all out of state buyers and past pickup items. If there is a bid in the last minute of a timed auction, the item will remain open for an additional two minutes after the latest bid, this is not the case in a simulcast live auction.
