before you bid on any item.
All items are sold “AS-IS”. We do not guarantee the year, description or condition. You are responsible to know what you are bidding on. Descriptions were made from Jacks (the owner) memory of each bike. Most bikes should run with fuel and minimal work. We did check if the engine turned over and if there was any compression but we did not measure compression. We recommend seeing all bikes in person and verifying years through serial numbers.
All motorcycles are being sold as "off-road/competition" and will NOT come with a title or any paperwork for street registration.
We reserve the right to modify photos or descriptions online as necessary.
-The LIVE Simulcast auction will begin at 9:00 am (EST) on Saturday, September 28th.
- All items are sold "AS-IS" and all sales are final.
- Preview is available on Friday, September 27th from 10am-3pm, and again on Saturday September 28th at 7am before the sale.
-Registration is free. All prospective bidders must register and agree to the terms posted in order to bid.
- Transaction Fee's: A 15% buyer’s premium* (12% cash) applies to all winning bids made online, and 13% for winning bids made on-site (10% cash). All sales are subject to Massachusetts State Sales Tax of 6.25% on the total purchase price (hammer price plus buyers premium). *There is a 3% Buyer Premium discount for cash payments (cash/check/wire).
- ALL PAYMENT ARRANGMENTS MUST BE MADE ON SEPTEMBER 28TH, the day of the sale. Acceptable methods of payment are: cash, checks when accompanied by a bank letter of credit and guarantee, all major credit cards are accepted. A 3% discount applies to cash, check & wire payments. Wire transfers have a $15 fee and items can't be removed until payment clears (2-3 business days). Email jwoodandcompany@gmail.com for wire instructions.
- REMOVAL of items will only be available at the conclusion of the auction until 6pm, and will continue again from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on Sunday, September 29th. Additional times for removal are by appointment only and all items must be removed by October 13th, 2024 or storage fees apply. All purchases must be paid in full before any item can be removed. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SHIPPING for your purchases. You are welcome to hire a shipper of your choice to pick up your items during the Specified Dates and Times listed above. - TITLES: All motorcycles are being sold as OFF-ROAD, COMPETITION MOTORCYCLES and will not come with a title or any paperwork for street registration. All motorcycles are sold as off-road, your receipt is your bill of sale. No other paperwork will be provided.
- All items are sold “AS-IS” we do not guarantee the year, description or condition. You are responsible to know what you are bidding on. We do not guarantee the contents of any lot. In the event of a tie bid the auctioneer may put the item back for bid between those buyers.
Every item is sold to the highest bidder on auction day, with no minimum bids or reserve prices. Bids are irrevocable, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you're the highest bidder when the auctioneer announces that an item has been sold, you are the new owner of that item, and you are expected to pay your invoice.
-Everyone attending the auction and removing purchases does so at their own risk.
-No smoking in the buildings or the tents, please.
