If you absolutely are unable to pickup your items on Thursday, just email us for a rescheduled pickup at team@usedtwo.com. On Monday after sale if items are failed to be picked up and we have not heard from you for rescheduling, your items may be forfeited. UsedTwo is not responsible for items that are not picked up within designated pickup window. If you are unavailable to pickup and want to store items, storage fees may apply.
