Pick up Three Days after Auction. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 9 am till 4pm by appointment only. All items are in UNKNOWN WORKING CONDITION . All items are sold “as is, where is” with no warranty, with NO WARRANTIES implied or expressed. Bidding without preview is strongly discouraged. For info on auction's call Curtis at 512-788-8876. All items that haven't been paid for within 5 days of auction close will be considered abandoned and revert back to seller. All items that have been paid for within 3 days of auction close, but have not been picked up, will start to incur a $5 per day storage fee PER ITEM. We have an in-house delivery service, call for more information. All sales are final at bid entry. Winning bidders are responsible to pay for items within 3 days of auction close. There will be no charge backs, stop payments or refunds. The seller, or seller's agent, has the right to bid. The auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of the seller as the sellers agent and or any reserved minimums. Bidder is contractually obligated to buy the merchandise at the price in the bid. Placing a bid that is accepted and then not paying for the merchandise is illegal and prosecution can result.
