If you are new to our auction family and need your items shipped ......if your purchase is over $400 you must provide proof of credit card ownership including driver's license that match shipping address and copy of credit card front and back. If the purchase is over $1000 wire transfer will be required.
* Preview is August 6th from 8:30-6. Required time of pickup is Monday August 9th from 8:30-6.

*The buyer does not retain ownership of the property until invoice is paid in full and picks up the property from the auction house or offsite at the auction premises.
*All merchandise left after Tuesday following the auction, will start accruing storage fees only on merchadise at the auction house. Once merchandise has been left for 15 days, it will be considered abandoned and revert to the property of the auction house. Storage fees will be accessed for each lot including $5 day for small lots and $10 a day for furniture. There will be a disposal fee on any large lots purchased and not picked up.

*All Shipping and Handling will be handled through our auction house using the Shipping Saint software program. You will be contacted seperately by email to pay for shipping. You have to let us know you want shipping though.
Auction owners and staff have the right to bid on merchandise but they pay the same amount and same fees as everyone else.
