We spend many hours taking photos and describing all lots presented for auction, but in addition please use your own research and personal knowledge before bidding as you are the final judge of each items condition, authenticity, and true value. - Auction lots will begin to close on [Sunday 08/01/2021 @ 6pm CT] This auction will have a soft closing which means that the first lot will begin closing with another lot closing every 30 seconds and bidding will be extended on lots for 2 minutes if anyone bids on that lot within the last 2 minutes of its closing. Payment Information: Within 4 hours of auction close, the card on file will be charged the total of all lots won plus a 15% buyer's premium and a paid settlement link will be emailed to the winning bidders, Unless you request to pay by cash at pick up. Winning Bidder waives their right to any credit card charge-backs for any reason and understands there are no exchanges, refunds, or returns. We will run the card on file for all necessary payments. ** >> Please verify your payment information before you bid! << - There will be a $30 fee charged for each insufficient funds (NSF) payment failure, which covers our time & the fees we are charged from the payment processing company. << Firearm Policy: PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING ON ANY GUNS! All firearms will be transferred through F.F.L. (Federal Firearms License) and will require proper background checks on the winning bidder. We can only register firearms to the actual person on file with Family Auction Center. Please check your local and state laws before bidding on firearms. If your background check is denied you will not be issued a refund. In all of our listings the gun you see will be the gun you will get. Do not bid if you cannot buy (legally own) a firearm. Winning bidders will only be charged one $20.00 F.F.L. transfer fee regardless of number of guns being purchased in one transaction. Within hours of auction close, the card on file will be charged the total of all lots won plus a 15 % buyer's premium and a paid settlement link will be emailed out to the winning bidders. We will run the card on file for all necessary payments unless you request to pay by cash at pick up.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING AVAILABLE ON MOST ITEMS TO CONTINENTAL U.S. & CANADA! Bulk Items, Furniture, and any one item over 70 pounds should be considered pickup only. If unsure if USPS will ship a certain item, then please contact us before bidding. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. All packages shipped will be insured and tracked, so any necessary claims will be between winning bidder and the shipping company (i.e. USPS). We charge a $5 packing & handling fee per box in addition to the shipping charged by the shipping company (i.e. USPS). We will combine multiple lots into the same box when possible while ensuring all items are packed and arrive safely. Any Shipping & Handling fees will be charged to the card on file and an updated settlement link will be emailed separately within 5 business days of items being paid. Upon pickup, please be sure to bring proper identification via driver’s license/state id, help loading, and any packing materials needed for your merchandise. We will help when possible, but cannot guarantee enough people will be free to help everyone at pickup time. All items not picked up at scheduled pickup day/time will be considered abandoned property unless special pickup or shipping arrangements have been agreed to between Family Auction Center and the winning bidder. All abandoned property (items not picked up) will be disposed. It is winning bidder’s responsibility to safely remove all items won and not damage any property or surrounding structures upon pickup. Family Auction Center is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur to winning bidders upon pickup of items won.
