***PLEASE NOTE: If you have never purchased a vehicled at this tow lot auction it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you read ALL of the terms and conditions. There is very specific information regarding this auction that you must know!
Vehicles sold to the highest bidder for possessory lien. Vehicles come with a bill of sale, unless stated otherwise.
Paperwork to apply for a title is $50
A $25 per vehicle fee plus a 5% buyer's premium is applied to every purchase.

Preview *by appointment* at the tow lot available after photos and videos are posted by calling the tow lot at 913-596-1770.
New bidders must confirm the following: They are over 18 with a state issued legal photo ID or driver's license. They must register with a credit card that matches their ID
They must have the funds on that card to purchase the vehicle before bidding. They acknowledge funds will be automatically debited from their card at the end of the sale if they are the high bidder-Please see info regarding wires for out of area bidders and totals over $3000. Total includes the purchase price a 5% Buyer's fee and a $25 per vehicle fee.
If funds aren't available, the bidder will be banned, and we will choose to go to the backup bidder at our discretion.
The vehicles do not come with titles, unless stated otherwise. You are given a Bill of Sale. Paperwork to apply for a title is available from Alandon tow for $50. It is paid directly to the tow lot when the vehicle is picked up, not the auction company.
The tow lot does not guarantee a title for the vehicle. Other states, such as Missouri do not always honor Kansas paperwork, especially if there is a lien on the vehicle. A Kansas title may not remove liens from Missouri or other states.
Vehicles may be removed from the sale prior to close at the tow lot's necessity. Vehicles must be picked up by appointment by the allotted time.
A $25 per calendar day fee is applied if not picked up by Friday the week of the auction.
The buyer must pick the item up in person unless an agent is picking up for them. This is only allowed if funds are wired-not if paying with a credit card.
We require written authorization in the form of an email. The agent must bring copies of required paperwork.
In addition to this the buyer confirms they have read and will abide by the terms and conditions for the sale-see terms and conditions section.
THE PROCESS
Register Online with a valid credit or debit card in your name as it is on the auction registration. Funds must be available before bidding. Please check with our bank-credit card company to make sure they will be available auction day. Failure to make payment as required will cause a ban from future auctions.
Preview vehicles online and by appointment at the tow lot (call 913-596-1770 for appointment). Remember you are responsible for inspecting the vehicle and reviewing paperwork/VIN information.
Bid on vehicles starting at 10AM the Friday prior to the sale close until the sale starts closing in lot order at 10AM on the auction day. The bidding goes to live mode and will continue until no bid has been placed for up to 5 minutes then it will count down and sell to the highest bidder (soft close). See terms and conditions regarding more information.
After all vehicles are closed the auction will close and all credit and debit cards will be automatically processed. A 5% buyer's premium and $25 processing fee will be added to each vehicle purchased. Please plan accordingly. Out of town bidders and those over $3,000 should have already planned arrangements with the auction company to wire funds. No exceptions. Please have your funds ready. You are required to pay immediately after the auction as stated. Wires must be sent by bank no later than 3PM auction day.
After payment is made the auction company will email the successful bidder their paid invoice. After 1:00 PM the bidders can call Alandon at 913-596-1770 to schedule a pickup. Pick up no later than Friday sale week. After that storage fees of $25 per day will be applied. The buyer must appear in person at the appointed time with the form of payment used (their credit or debit card, their original driver's license, or legal photo ID-No copies. This is for verification purposes.
The buyer is strongly encouraged to purchase the paperwork to apply for a title at that time-$50. Delay will increase the fee for the paperwork. Contact the tow lot for information if you need to tow the vehicle from their lot. at 913-596-1770.
If you are unable to make your appointment please call the tow lot and speak to the designated representative to reschedule as soon as possible.
