WARRANTY EXPLANATION - Everything is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" without guarantees of any kind. If you bid without inspecting the item(s), then you accept FULL RESPONSIBILITY for the condition and completeness of the item(s). It is YOUR responsibility to inspect items BEFORE you bid on them. PAYING FOR YOUR ITEMS - You may pay for your items when you come to remove them with cash, check, debit, or credit card. A 3% rebate is available for cash payment, and check payment by pre-qualified buyers. At 4:00 PM on the day of the Stated Removal Period all unsettled invoices will be charged to the card on file. FAILURE TO PAY YOUR INVOICE: Any buyer that defaults on an unpaid invoice, FOR ANY REASON, will be responsible for losses and expenses incurred in reselling the items on the invoice. In accepting the Terms and Conditions of Sale you agree for us to charge any losses or expenses incurred to the card on file. Failure to cover the expenses will result in immediate suspension/revocation of bidding privileges, civil suit, or both. DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS - While descriptions and counts are believed to be accurate, they are NOT GUARANTEED. Buyers need to rely solely upon their own inspection and information. Please come to the preview. HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT - The buyers hereby indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer, seller, and property owner from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from any injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or during the removal of the items purchased. Buyers remove purchases at their own risk. Buyers should arrange for professional de-installation of wired, plumbed or built-in items. Many pieces of equipment have potential hazards and should be de-installed and moved by professionals with proper equipment. REFUNDS AND ADJUSTMENTS - Absolutely no adjustments, claims or refunds will be allowed after the item(s) are removed from the auction site. ANY CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WHILE THE ITEMS ARE ON THE AUCTION PREMISES. In no event will auctioneer's or seller's liability to buyer ever exceed the purchase price paid. BUYER'S PREMIUM - The expenses of conducting the auction are shared between the seller and buyer. The buyer's expense is called a BUYER'S PREMIUM and is set at 13%. A 3% rebate is available for cash payment, and check payment by pre-qualified buyers. SELLING TIMES THE MONEY - If the picture is marked with an "x" and "number", then you are bidding on one unit and your bid will be multiplied by the number of units. REMOVAL SELECTION - If we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. If you are late getting there, you will choose from what is remaining.) REMOVAL PERIOD - The scheduled removal day and time are clearly marked in the catalog and will be restated in your post auction email with your invoice. We do not provide manpower, tools, or equipment. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN. Any item remaining after the SCHEDULED REMOVAL PERIOD is subject to be considered ABANDONED, with no refund or recourse to the buyer.
