Winning Bids will be processed after close of auction and your card on file charged at that time. If you will require shipping, please inquire with us prior to bidding on a particular lot. We use USPS and sometimes UPS, never FedEx. Some may be too heavy or large to ship for a reasonable amount. If an item is damaged in shipping, we will submit a claim for you once you have provided pictoral evidence and when insurance is paid out, you will get a refund at that time. Local pickup will be at the address provided for auction location, or as noted in item description. Certain lots may be stored in a separate location for pickup. All sales are final, and on a where is/as is basis. We do our best with descriptions and pictures, if something is not clear, or you have a question, please ask. Once you have placed a bid, it is considered a binding financial contract to purchase the item if you win. If you accidentally enter a wrong number, please make contact so we can fix it. If you do not before close of auction, that would be too late. There is a 15% buyers premium, taxes are collected per WA state/county rates.

Special note: Pickup times are firm as stated. With large auctions, I will not have time to make special exceptions for anyone. Simply put, if you cannot attend the pickup times, or have someone representing you pick up your items, they will be considered forfeit, along with your payment. I am not a storage facility, so please work with me on this :)
