All are subject to clearing and funds being received In Auctioneer’s account before delivery of the purchases. Auctioneer reserves the right to determine if a check constitutes “good funds” when drawn on a U.S. bank for ten days, and thirty days when drawn on an international bank. In cases of nonpayment, Auctioneer’s election to void a sale does not relieve the Bidder from their obligation to pay Auctioneer its fees (seller’s and Buyer’s premium) on the lot and any other damages pertaining to the lot.
Winning bidders will be emailed an invoice and address for pickup the following business day after the auction ends. Please allow up to 24 hours as all bidders may be assigned a time to control the flow & parking of auction pickup. If you do not receive an invoice, please check your spam/ junk folder. The pickup is on Friday, March 23rd from 1pm-6pm cst. There will not be a pickup on any other date or time. If you can not make arrangements on this date and times, please do not bid. If you fail to pick up your items or arrange for the pick up with a third party shipper you will forfeit your items. (You will be charged for them according to our terms). We do appreciate your business and hope you enjoy your purchases but we have to set these parameters because we have limited space at our facility, or are only able to access the seller's location/estate for a very limited time.
