Please note that the Amendt family are very meticulous and everything is well cared for. Feel confindent when bidding as the items are as nice or nicer than the photos show.

The Amendt family is moving south and we are honored to sell their exceptionally cared for items on this online auction event. You are invited & encouraged to attend the open house in order to inspect the items for condition, age, style, specs., etc. All items are sold as-is, where-is without warranties or guaranties of any kind. No returns or refunds of any kind. All items will be picked up at 2168 59th Street Somerset, WI 54025. Please note that the last two lots on this online auction are for two abandoned storage lockers in Clear Lake & Osceola and have nothing to do with the Amendt family. Inspection: Tuesday March 20th from 3:00pm-5:00pm Auction ends: Wednesday March 21st beginning at 6:00pm Removal: Friday March 23rd from 3:00pm-6:00pm
Please note that if paying with a credit card (Visa, M/C, Amex or Discover card), the buyer's premium is 13%. We will honor a 3% discount for cash or good check. No sales tax. All items must be paid for when the items are picked up. Items must be picked up on the date and time shown. Any items not picked up will incur a $10.00 per day storage fee which will be added to your final cost. If you are unable to pick up items on the date/time specified, please contact the auction company. There will ba 13% buyer's fee added to the final price. We accept cash, good check, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card & American Express. There is a 3% discount for payments made with cash or good check. No sales tax on this auction.
All items must be picked up on Friday March 23rd from 3:00pm-6:00pm. All items are located at 2168 59th Street Somerset, WI 54025. Any lots not picked up will be charged $10.00 per lot per day for storage and your credit card will be charged. Please note that the driveway to the back shed is one-way so please use caution when entering the driveway. If you purchase a an abandoned storage locker, please call (715)338-7848 to set up a time to pay and get the key & unit number.
