All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantees, expressed or implied, by the seller or Team Auction & Appraisals. Bidders accept all auction items/property "WITH ALL FAULTS", whether or not immediately apparent. It is strongly recommended that bidders thoroughly inspect items before placing a bid. Items are described as accurately as possible, but do not represent any guarantee by the seller or Team Auction & Appraisals. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have inspected the item to their satisfaction.
By placing a bid, the bidder is entering into a contractual agreement to purchase the item(s) from the seller. Failure to follow through with payment and pickup of items could result in legal collection proceedings.
FORMS OF PAYMENT: Check, Cash, or Credit Card (with a 3% convenience fee for use of a credit/debit card). All checks are made payable to Team Auction & Appraisals. 10% Buyers Premium will apply.
NO SHIPPING. All items must be paid for on day of pick up, with NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not pay by that date, your credit card will be billed for your purchase.
