Auction terms - by bidding, you are agreeing to the following terms & conditions: *All item sales are final. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS,, no warranties or guarentees. BIDDING *The bidder is responsible for looking over the item to determine it's condition prior to bidding. The item's condition will be stated by the auctioneer and staff with full transparency & honesty. *We are not responsible or liable for any errors in the description. * For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. *Rojo's Treasures LLC is NOT responsible for bidder's failure to examine items prior to bidding and will not make adjustments on purchased items after the item is declared "sold". PICK UP **********MUST BE PICKED UP at designated times. Failure to do so without notice will result in forfeiture of purchase and items will be disposed..********** TAX & CHARGES *Tax Exemption number must be submitted at least 3 days prior to the end of the auction. Please complete form ST-120 and bring it at pick up. Forms may be found here: https://www.tax.ny.gov/pdf/current_forms/st/st120_fill_in.pdf * State Tax of 7.5%. * Buyer's premium rate is 10%. * 3% surcharges for credit card payment. Totaling 13% * Payment types: All major credit cards, NO CASH SHIPPING * SHIPPING offered on select items only. Shipping rate with be calcualted within 7 days of the close of auction. We are not responsible for lost or broken items. It is your responsibility to notify us if you need shipoing. If the item is not marked for shipping, we will not ship and you will not be refunded. We have notication listings througout the auction and in the main description. We charge $10 per lot for packaging, handling, materials, boxes, etc and time to go to the Post Office, UPS, Fed Ex etc. We will bill your credit card the exact price that is cahrged by them. * $10 Packaging & Handling Fee will apply LOCATION Will be put on winning invoice
