Description	This ONLINE auction is in progress now. The home is in Elgin and pickup will be at the home in Elgin on MONDAY, SEPT 30TH ONLY. NO SHIPING IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. This is an Absolute auction with all bids starting at $3.00. All sales are final. All items are sold in as is, gently used condition. This is a two story house, lot 71 thru 88 and Lot 138 thru are upstairs. Buyers are responsible for bringing their purchases down stairs. NO CHECKS.

Terms and Conditions

Buyers will be charged a 13% buyers premium until further notice. All buyers are expected to make arrangements to pick up their purchases on advertised day of pickup. Any arrangements made by the buyer for another pickup date will be charged $50.00. I will make one attempt to contact buyers during the ONLINE pickup by phone. All buyers must understand that items are being sold "as is and where as and in their current condition" All ONLINE Auctions conducted thru clickit2bidit are hosted by TXLC#16203 Effective immediately Shipping cost will vary from a min of $5.oo to $20. depending on size and quanity of items to be shipped, PLUS YOUR ITEMS COST AND THE SHIPPING COST FROM THE POST OFFICE.

Shipping / Pick Up

SHIPPING AVAILABLE AT BUYERS EXPENSE. There will be a charge of $19.99 on packages shipped, at the buyers expense, on items that require packing and wrapping. If an item can be dropped in a envelope and or a box with wrapping or packing, a $5.00 will be added in addition to the cost of mailing(shipping) the item, plus cost of items.
