All bidders must be registered to bid and issued a bidder's number. Your bid is a contract under State law, signifying your intent to pay for all winning bids. You are buying everything "as-is, where is" with no warranties expressed or implied unless otherwise noted by auctioneer. Know what you are bidding on. We have a $5 minimum bid requirement. Once a bid is won, the care, safety and security of your item becomes responsibility of the bidder. Any item left over 5 days becomes property of the auction house. A 10% Buyer's Premium wlll be added to all winning bids at live auction and 13% for HiBid Absentee bids, paid at checkout. All purchases MUST BE PAID THE NIGHT OF THE AUCTION, and prior to removal of items from the premises. State sales tax will be collected on all purchases, unless a Texas tax exemption form is on file with us. The decision of the auctioneer on bids is final.
