Failure to make payment by end of day the last day of scheduled pickup will result in loss of rights to any lots won. You will be banned from any future auctions. 5. If you are tax exempt you Must communicate that fact to the auction company prior to the auction closing. We will assume the if you are a 2 hour drive or more away from Smithsburg Maryland that you will need shipping. 7. Other Option is to pick-up during the pickup the next schedluled pickup at no cost. After that items are considered abandoned and will be resold at auctioneer's discretion. No refunds 3. While we normally have some boxes available we cannot gurantee the availability,. 6. With the amount of merchandise processed it is impossible to test all items or closely inspect items we assume to be functional/undamaged. Because of that all items are sold AS-IS.
