If paying by check, a Letter of Guarantee is necessary from your bank and pre-approved by the Auctioneer. A "HOLD" maybe placed on all title paperwork for 7 to 14 days until check has cleared. -Taxes may apply on surplus items. -All vehicle descriptions intended to be accurate & true, but not guaranteed. All vehicles sold "AS-IS-WHERE IS" no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. -Vehicles may be added or released prior to auction. -All items must be paid for before removal from the premises. You are responsible for your own items after purchase. -THE AUCTIONEER'S DECISION IS FINAL. -Seller/Auctioneer is not responsible for inherently dangerous actions or products. -Bidder, by registering or submitting a bid, acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions set forth in this NOTICE OF AUCTION, and/or that may be supplied to the Bidder prior to the commencement of the auction.
