READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING!!
1) Some items sell with reserve or minimum bids. Such items will not be considered sold until reserve bid is confirmed.
2) Acceptance of a high bid is a Legal and Binding Contract enforceable in a court of law.
3) No one under the age of 16 is allowed to attend the auction or preview.
4) All purchases must be settled in full on Auction Day or within 48-Hours of Auction end. An Invoice Will Be Sent To Your Email on File. Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Bank Wire Transfer or Debit accepted as only form of payment.
5) There is a Buyers Premium added to every purchase of 10%. Some Items Will Sell At A Reduced Rate As Advertised. Online bidders will pay a 2% premium in addition to the 10% OR Less Buyers Premium.
6) 7% Sales Taxes will added to every invoice unless you present a Valid State Exemption Form UPON REGISTRATION. State Sales Taxes to be collected on all Titled unless a current Auto Dealers License is on file UPON REGISTRATION.
7) All items are SOLD AS-IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
8) There are No Warranties Expressed or Implied. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to perform a pre-auction inspection.
9) IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF THE CONDITION OF AN ITEM, DO NOT BID ON IT!
10) Items must be removed by the allotted day/times listed unless other arrangements are made.
11) All items left over 15-days will be considered abandoned and will towed at the owners expense.
12) Florida Marine Sales Auctions will not be responsible for items left over 15-days after auction.
13) Default- In the event the Buyer/Bidder defaults on any terms herein, Florida Marine Sales Auctions shall be entitled to all costs and attorney's fees (whether through litigation or otherwise) in the enforcement of this auction.
14) NO GUARTANTEE- Florida Marine Sales Auctions does not warranty any items sold
