All items sell as-is, no guarantees. It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect the item, prior to bidding, and make their own assessment as to the item's condition and suitability for use. Everything is Sold Without Warranties. Auction starts to close Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 4:00 pm. CDT. This auction does have a Soft Close. All items must be paid for and picked up on Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CDT at 201 E O'Connor Avenue, Greeley, NE. Any items not picked up during the allotted time without prior arrangements will be charged a late fee of 5% with a $5 minimum. This fee will be added to the buyers invoice and will be paid by using credit card on file. Please bring your own help for loading, especially if you have purchased heavy/large items and /or large quantity. Any items not picked up on the pickup date (Saturday, October 5, 2024), unless arrangements are made prior to pickup, may be disposed of at the discretion of the auction company. Sweeney Auction & Realty reserves the right to modify or change pickup dates and times in case of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Buyers will be notified. No Buyer's Premium All items can be paid for at time of pick up. Sweeney Auction & Realty accepts credit cards (4% service charge), using credit card on file or cash. Nothing to be removed from site until settled for. Upon Bidder's successful purchasing of an item through HiBid, full responsibility for the purchased items is upon the buyer. Full possession will be given upon confirmation of full payment being made by the purchaser. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Sweeney Auction & Realty or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly during this timed auction.
