Buyers will be charged a 13% buyers premium until further notice. All buyers are expected to make arrangements to pick up their purchases on advertised day of pickup. Any arrangements made by the buyer for another pickup date will be charged $50.00. I will make one attempt to contact buyers during the ONLINE pickup by phone.
