CATALOGUE ERRORS & OMISSIONS: If a description does not match a picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. All items are sold on an (as is) where is basis, with all faults. Any shipping disputes need to be handled with the shipping company. If a dispute arises and an item is being returned, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the winning bidder. GUNS & GUN RELATED ITEMS: Winning Bidder Must Produce Valid Pal Ontario Issued Photo License at Pickup. Name on PAL must match name on invoice. If you cannot produce a valid PAL for pickup, you will still be obligated to pay for any items you bid on that require the license but will not be allowed to remove the items. All gun and gun related items including those that require a PAL must be picked up in person. There will be no shipping offered on gun or gun related items. If you purchase a gun and/ or gun related item(s) and expect it to be shipped, you will still be obligated to pay for the item(s) and will not get it shipped. Item(s) will be forfeited and become Great West Property. OFF-SITE AUCTIONS: Off-site auctions are all auctions not held at the Great West Auction Building, 4066 Brigden Road, Petrolia, ON. All items must be picked up for off-site auctions. If winning bidder is unable to pickup at the site and wants items brought back to Great West Auction for later pickup, it must be arranged in advance and will be $10-$50 transportation fee per lot. Failure to pickup or make alternate arrangements will result in removal fees and it will become property of Great West. FAILURE TO PAY: Any bidder who has a winning bid and fails to pay, not respond to calls and/or emails will be banned from bidding in future auctions.
