Method of Payment: All purchase must be paid in full by check, cash, Visa, Discover, American Express or Master Card. A buyer's premium equal to 15% will be applied to all winning bids. The buyer's premium percentage will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid by the buyer, as part of the final purchase price. 7% sales tax will also be charged to all bidders unless the buyer possesses a sales tax exemption number that must be provided 24 hours prior to the close of the auction. An additional 3% fee will be charged to all purchases using a credit card. Payments not received by the final pickup time will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION PLEASE NOTE - THE PERSON WHO HAS REGISTERED ON HIBID IS THE LEGAL PURCHASER OF THE FIREARMS. THEREFORE, THAT PERSON MUST BE THE INDIVIDUAL WHO PICKS UP THE FIREARM AND COMPLETES THE BACKGROUND CHECK. 1. The address that you have used to register on HIBID must match the address that appears on your state issued Identification. 2. Buyers of hand guns must be at least 21 years of age. 3. Buyers of long guns must be at least 18 years of age. 4. If you are a convicted felon or are prohibited from owning a firearm, DO NOT BID and participate in this auction. 5.Shipping will be available to other licensed FFL Dealers @ $50.00 for long guns and $35.00 for hand guns upon payment of your invoice PLUS THE COST OF SHIPPING. Your FFL dealer may charge a transfer fee to you as a buyer. Condition of Items: All items are being sold "AS-IS, Where-Is" with no warranty being expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller. Efforts have been made to identify and describe items, as well as using photos to show defects, quality, authenticity, etc. of items. Please use the photos as well as the inspection dates to draw your conclusions for each of the auction items. They are sold as-is, where-is, with no returns. Removal: Items must be picked up on Tuesday October 1st from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, For additional removal times, arrangements must be made with the Auctioneer. Any items not removed within this time frame will be forfeited by the Buyer, may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency or loss may be charged to the Buyer. Our inhouse FFL Agent will complete a background check. Buyers of long guns must be at least 18 years of age. Buyers of hand guns must be at least 21 years of age. THERE IS $25.00 TRANSFER FEE WITH OUR FFL Dealer. Do not bid on these items if you are unable to pass the background check. Buyers are responsible for all risk of loss, property damage, personal injury caused by removal, and all costs of removal of items/lots purchased.
