An additional 3% fee will be charged to all purchases using a credit card. Payments not received by the final pickup time will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. If you are a convicted felon or are prohibited from owning a firearm, DO NOT BID and participate in this auction. 5.Shipping will be available to other licensed FFL Dealers @ $50.00 for long guns and $35.00 for hand guns upon payment of your invoice PLUS THE COST OF SHIPPING. Your FFL dealer may charge a transfer fee to you as a buyer. Condition of Items: All items are being sold "AS-IS, Where-Is" with no warranty being expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller. Efforts have been made to identify and describe items, as well as using photos to show defects, quality, authenticity, etc. of items. Please use the photos as well as the inspection dates to draw your conclusions for each of the auction items. They are sold as-is, where-is, with no returns. Removal: Items must be picked up on Tuesday October 1st from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, For additional removal times, arrangements must be made with the Auctioneer. Any items not removed within this time frame will be forfeited by the Buyer, may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency or loss may be charged to the Buyer.
