All "Store Return" AND "Floor Model" items are SOLD AS IS and are bought at the customer's OWN RISK. We do not open the boxes nor inspect the item for accuaracy or damges. No refunds or exchanges will be given to "Store Return" or "Floor Model" items. COVID-19 INFORMATION: River City Furniture Auction in the Texas warehouse will remain open with limited business hours. We will be taking additional steps and ask all of our customers remain in their cars and call 469-372-6848 upon arrival and provide your first and last name. RCFA staff will load all of your items, and invoices can be signed inside your cars. You will still be responsible for tying down your items. Pick up hours are available begining the day after the auction closes with an Appointment ONLY In the email after the auction that includes your invoice will also include a link to schedule an appointment to pick up your items.
