All cards on file will be charged for all remaining unpaid invoices, at the end of the stated load out day. No items will be released until payment is made in full. Titles: Once you are the winning bidder on an item with a title attached and payment is made in full, all paperwork will be completed by Lestinsky Auctioneers, LLC. All titles will be filled out with the new name of purchaser, address, date of sale, and total price paid. Lestinsky Auctioneers, LLC (LALLC) reserves the right to hold all titles if paid by check for 14 days, until funds are secured. If we do not have possession of the title upon time of the auction, it will be stated in description of the cataloged lots. We will send the title out as soon as we have possession of the title. All titles are sent USPS and certified. A signature will need to be provided at time of delivery. Pick Up: Shipping & Pick Up is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
