A) Auction is in Canadian Funds : For US Buyers - $1USD = $1.41
B) Buyers Premium 18% VISA OR MASTERCARD ONLY. 16% FOR ETRANSFER OR BANK WIRE. ALL CREDIT ONLINE PAYMENT MUST SHOW THE CARD USE AND GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID
C) All Payments must be made no later than Wed SEPT 18 -5PM ESTPTIONS
D) We send out email notifications and invoices the same day auction completes MONDAY SEPT 16-2024 5PM
E) It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition and usefulness of the items purchased. Please make sure you are aware of what the items are that you are bidding on.
F) No inspection is permitted.
G) All Canadian Buyers subject to tax.
H) We atempted to describe all the items to try to give you a visual description of the items you are bidding on. THE PICTURES FOR EACH AUCTION LISTING ARE THE ACTUAL PICTURES OF THE ITEM. PLEASE VIEW ALL PICTURES FOR ANY IMPERFECTIONS, DICOLORIZATIONS, DENTS, SCRATCHES OR DAMAGES.

I) We conducted power on tests for items that are 120volts. No further testing was done and we are not experts to determine and evaluate the full functionality of the items sold.
J) Curbside Pickup Only - NO PREVEW OR INSPECTION.
K) Bid only if you are able to PICKUP the items purchased.

O) All items are sold as is no returns or refunds. There are no warranties or conditons ( including any statutory conditions as to the correspondence with the description, merchantability or fitness for purpose) either expressed or implied with respect to the products. Under no circumstances Unitedrecovery.ca ( Sundal Equipment Sales Inc.) be liable for any loss, damage,expense,incidental or consequential damages of any kind arising with the inability to use the products. Buyer acknowledges and understands that the Equipment sold may be dangerous if improperly used .Buyer acknowledges that they must contact the original manufacturer to obtain up-to-date instructions and operation manuals and other information to insure the safe operation of equipment. The Auctioneer and Seller ( Unitedrecovery.ca - Sundal Equipment Sales Inc) will not be responsible for any loss or injury resulting from defects or alleged defects in the Equipment or from the subsequent use of the items. Unitedrecovery.ca ( Sundal Equipment Sales Inc) will not be responsible for any internet outages, power outages or internet pauses as the auction sale is hosted cloud based through Ontario.Hibid.com Any discrepancies regarding catalogue listing errors for a purchased item must be emailed to info@unitedrecovery.ca within 24 hours of item possesion.
