* All Firearms are transferred by a local Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer. They charge a $25 fee on each gun transferred. They can also ship if you need shipping. You are responsible for all shipping & Handling fees along with the transfer fee.
* NC taxes will be charged. If you have a tax exempt certificate it must be emailed to villagesquareauctions@gmail.com upon registration. We must have a copy of it onfile at our location for it to be on your account.
* Buyer's premium rate charged: 18%, If you are a local pick up customer you may pay CASH to obtain a 3% discount at pick up.

* Items must be picked up on the assigned pick up days no extensions. Shipping is available at your expense if you cannot make it to pick up your items during our scheduled pick up times.
* Village Square Auctions & Estate Sales is now shipping in-house. Your items will be packaged and weighed for shipping. Your shipping & handling costs will then be added to your invoice and automatically charged to your HIBID card on file. Please note we do use recycled packing materials to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. You, the buyer, are responsible for ALL shipping costs. We cannot give shipping estimates on items.
* For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction or a lot in the case of system failures/glitches.
* Cards on file with HIBID will be automatically be charged at the conclusion of the auction. Please be sure your card on file with HIBID will be able to be charged your full total and shipping and handling charges. If your card on file is declined we will contact you for payment once. If you do not respond you will be banned from further auctions.
*Local Pick ups- Please bring your own boxes, paper for wrapping your winnings and HELP to load your items.
*Local Pick up customers- Village Square Auctions & Estate Sales nor the seller is responsible for any accidents or harm to you or others that come with you nor your physical property when picking up at our warehouse or a sellers location.
*ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP ON ASSIGNED DAYS OR ITEMS WILL BE FORFIETED.

Village Square Auctions accepts both credit cards and cash for local pickups. Cash payments are allowed for approved local pickup bidders on scheduled pickup days. If items are not picked up within the scheduled times, cards on file will be automatically charged.

Shipping / Pick Up
If you are a NC Resident who is in need of shipping assistance, it is imperative that you let us know at the time of registering for the auction or immediately after the auction.
If you are an out of state bidder please note that we automatically assume that you are in need of shipping and there is no need to contact us. Unless you intend on picking up your items.
Our billing procedure for shipping is explained here: Once the auction concludes, your card linked to HIBID will automatically be charged for the items you've won.
Following this, your items will be meticulously prepared for shipment, undergo weighing, and have the shipping and handling costs precisely determined.
Please note, we only charge the exact shipping fee as determined by the carrier. Additionally, there is a minimal handling fee of $5 to $10, depending on the fragility and size of the order. There may be an additional charge if a special box must be purchased for your item.
It's essential to understand that as the buyer, you're responsible for covering all shipping expenses, with estimates unavailable.
