Auction Terms & Conditions: There is an 20% Buyers Premium on ALL purchases made through credit or debit cards.
Gemini mailers and boxes are used to securely ship items.
All items will be Shipped. Purchaser will be charged for Shipping as well as Insurance over $100 (up to $10,000).
Shipping is a Flat Fee of $15 for all Ungraded Comic Book and Trading Card purchases (no matter how many lots purchased) and $25 for all Graded Comic Books (no matter how many lots purchased). If a purchase is a mixture of Graded and Ungraded lots, the total Shipping Fee will be $25. International shipping is a $35 Flat Fee.
A $6.25 Handling and Materials Fee will be added for every 10 Comic Books shipped (1-10 books is $6.25, 11-20 books is $12.50, 21-30 books is $18.75, etc.) to cover material cost, man-hours packaging cost, and the cost of weight per package shipped. Each Single Trading Card lot will be treated as one (1) Comic Book for purposes of Handling and Material Fees. Each Large Trading Card Lot (containing 50 or more cards) will be treated as ten (10) Comic Books for the purposes of Handling and Material Fees.
$2 will be applied for every $100 of insurance needed to cover insurance fees.
All comics are newly bagged and boarded. Books are double or triple boarded to ensure that they do not move around in their bags during shipping. Comics will be placed in Gemini Mailers or Boxes in sets of 1-10. Graded comics will be securely wrapped and sent in tight fitting boxes.
All Shipping, Handling, and Materials Fees will be added to invoice upon Auction Close and charged to card on file.
Acceptance of Terms: Buyers registering for and using ANGEL CITY CONSIGNMENT bid cards, placing bids online and in person agree to the following Terms of Sale, which you agree with when you check the box online, when you register and place your first bid, or when you register in person and place first bid:

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS-WHERE IS," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES. Catalog, web, and advertising descriptions are NOT GUARANTEED. We are not professional graders or collectables experts. We DO take detailed, high quality photographs of all items. PLEASE inspect all items carefully before bidding. Bidders are responsible to thoroughly inspect items before bidding and to satisfy themselves of such matters as to suitability, marketability, completeness, year, make, model, condition and/or any other consideration. *****Payment or payment arrangements are required in full within 7 days of auction's end. If you would like to pay with an alternate card please send an email prior to the auction ending. Shipping and Materials charges will be applied to the invoice at the end of the auction. Insurance is automatically applied to the invoice (up to $10,000). If you need more than this amount please contact us asap.
*****All items must be paid for within seven (7) days of auction's end. If not, the merchandise will be deemed abandoned and Buyer will lose any right, title or interest Buyer may have acquired and the merchandise shall revert and repossess to Auctioneer without further notice to Buyer and Buyer's deposit will be forfeited. No purchaser may assign, transfer, or dispose of his rights in any article purchased before he has paid the purchase price in full.
****We are required to charge sales tax to all online winning bidders in the state of California and the city of Burbank. Buyers will pay a sales tax rate of 10.25% on all purchases.
*****We offer in house shipping. All items will be shipped, local pickup is not available. Shipping and Materials charges will be applied at the end of the auction. We ONLY ship USPS, and FEDEX. YOUR ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) BUSINESS DAYS OF CLEARED PAYMENT. We will provide tracking to the email address you have on file once your item ships out.
*****ALL ITEMS WILL HAVE INSURANCE ADDED TO THE INVOICE AUTOMATICALLY. IF ANY ISSUES ARISE WITH THE PACKAGE DURING TRANSIT OR DELIVERY IT WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASING PARTY TO FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM. ALL PACKAGES ARE INSURED UP TO $10,000. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS OVER THIS AMOUNT AND YOU WOULD LIKE ADDITIONAL INSURANCE PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP.
*****IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASING PARTY TO HAVE A SAFE LOCATION FOR DELIVERY. IF AN ITEM IS SHOWN DELIVERED THROUGH A THIRD PARTY SHIPPER ANGEL CITY CONSIGNMENT RELEASES FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THAT PACKAGE.
***IF NO CONTACT HAS BEEN MADE PRIOR TO SHIPPING WE ASSUME THE "SHIP TO" ADDRESS ON YOUR HIBID PROFILE IS CORRECT. PLEASE MAKE SURE THIS INFORMATION IS UPDATED BEFORE BIDDING.*
*****All risk loss shall pass to Buyer at the time of payment. If Auctioneer is unable to deliver an article sold to Buyer due to fire, theft, or any other reasons whatsoever, Auctioneer shall reimburse Buyer for all monies paid to Auctioneer in respect to the article and Auctioneer shall have no further liability to the purchaser arising from or relating to such loss, including without limitation any damages for loss of profits.
*****To the maximum extent allowable, buyer hereby waives any and all rights to dispute, or initiate a chargeback, in any manner whatsoever, charges placed on customer's credit or debit account as it pertains to any purchases made with your user account.
