Approved methods are Cash, Certified Check on a Local Bank, Wire Transfer or Credit Card with matching ID presented in person All invoices will be sent showing a 15% buyers premium calculated from the bidder's total winning amount. Bidder waives their right to a chargeback and agrees that they will not charge back on any credit/debit card purchases. Any Chargeback is subject to a defense fee of $100 to offset the time and fees associated with the chargeback PICK UP and SHIPPING: Pick up or load out days are clearly marked in auction listing. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. We do not provide straps, dollies, carts, manpower, or assistance of any kind. Any item forgotten at sale site is not the responsibility of HGWTllc. It is your responsibility to ensure all purchases are in your possession. We are only available for pick up at the posted slotted times. Failure to pick up your items will result in forfeiture to estate. We do not have alternate days. BREACHING of TERMS: If bidder breaches or defaults any portion of the Terms & Conditions of auction, bidder agrees to pay any and all charges and expenses incurred by Auction Company, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees, and deficiencies and re-marketing expenses resulting from resale of the item(s) or property. Additional commission shall be due and payable.
