Items are scheduled to close in a staggered format where an item will close every 30 seconds on the date of the close. Any bids placed within the last 1 minute will extend the closing for an additional 1 minute. Our software allows you to place a "max bid" if you desire. The software will then bid on your behalf, up to your max bid in competition with other bids. You will be emailed an invoice at the close of the auction. Onsite pickup & checkout will be on Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 10:00AM-2:00PM. Location= 11655 Hwy 45 Platte City, Mo 64079. After the auction has ended, you will be emailed an itemized invoice. Please check your spam/junk folder to make sure you don't miss your invoice. Must pay at local pickup (NO SHIPPING) - cash, check or card (3% convenience fee on card purchases). MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER AT REGISTRATION. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller.
