ALL SALES ARE FINAL and all items are to be paid for by October 5th. This will be an online only auction. All items are sold as is, where is with all faults Pick-up location will be on the paid invoice. The date for pickup will be October 5th ONLY. No other times will be available. If you cannot make those dates, you must be certain that your representative can. Buyer's premium rate will be 15% with a 3% discount for cash.
