Description
Bidding for spots will end at 1pm EST on Monday September 11, 2023. The winning auctions will appear on the respective portal site as Featured Auctions from Monday September 11th, 2023 until September 18th, 2023. They will also be included in the weekly newsletters. ** Only auctioneers that are a part of a specific state portal will be able to win the first three featured auction spots on that portal. Spots 4, 5, and 6 are guest spots and open for out of state bidding. I.E.: An auctioneer from Florida cannot win and have their auction featured on the first three spots on Texas.hibid.com portal because they are not a member of the Texas state portal. They would be required to bid on spots four, five or six. If you place bids on the first three featured spots for a state portal that you are not a member of, your bids will be declined and the featured spot will be offered to the backup bidder.** ** Winning bidders will be charged for ALL spots that are won. I.E. If a bidder wins two Featured Auction spots, but only will have one auction uploaded, that bidder will still be charged for the additional spot that they have won if there is no backup bidder. If there is a backup bidder we will offer the spot to that bidder for their backup bid. If they accept, you will be charged the difference in value between the two. ** If you win one or more featured spots and do not have auctions uploaded for the spots you have won by 5pm EST on Monday when the auction closes, we reserve the right to offer the featured spot to the backup bidder. If your auction is not ready, you can still upload it as a placeholder, and make more changes and reupload anytime. Featured auctions must use Hibid as the online bidding platform or be a listing for a live/in-person sale. Auctions that link out to other bidding platforms will not be permitted in the featured spots.
This listing is used to auction the Featured Auctions spots on www.HiBid.com and the listed State HiBid Portal home pages as well as a Featured Auction spot within the respective weekly newsletters. Each lot represents one Featured Auction spot. The winning bidder on each lot will have the auction of their choice placed in the corresponding Featured Auction spot for the duration of one week. The same auction will also be listed as a featured auction in the weekly corresponding newsletter. If an auction is not specified in the registration notes, HiBid will chose an auction from the winning bidder's HiBid page. Only auctioneers that are a part of a specific state portal will be able to win the first three featured auction spots on that portal. Spots 4, 5, and 6 are guest spots and open for out of state bidding. Be sure to read the lot information in full for Featured Auction listing dates/time period. We are unable to switch listing dates if you bid on the incorrect date range. The auction will only be featured for the week listed within the auction/lot details, it will NOT be featured for the duration of the auction. I.E. If your auction is online for 30 days it will only be a Featured Auction for the date range listed, NOT 30 days. A specific auction will only be listed once for the date range specified. An auctioneer cannot win multiple Featured Auction spots for the same auction listing. However, a single auctioneer can win multiple Featured Auction spots for different auction listings. This auction will close at 1pm EST on Monday. The winning auctions will be placed as Featured Auctions that Monday afternoon.
Your bid must adhere to the bid increment schedule.
