A 17% buyer premium and 8.6% sales tax will be added to all sales.
We have preview MONDAY from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You are welcome to come in to see, touch, and try out the merchandise.
There are NO refunds, returns, or exchanges. All items are sold AS IS. All sales are final.
All bills MUST be paid in full no later than THURSDAY following the end of auction.
All items can be picked up on WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY following the end of the auction. Our employees are happy to gather your items together and can carry larger merchandise to your vehicle.
Credit Cards will be automatically charged on the Week following the sale if items have not been paid in person.
There will be a $10.00 per item, per day storage charge on items not picked up by the WEDNESDAY after the sale date.
We do not provide delivery service—however, there are companies on hand that do deliver. Please contact us for further details.
If you do not pick up your items within 2 weeks, you will LOSE those item with NO REFUND. NO EXCEPTIONS.
After Two weeks, if you have not pick up your items or contacted us about your items. Your items will be forfeited, relisted and sold again.

All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers in default will be charged a 20% re-listing fee based upon their high bid amount. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.
Customers have 7 days after the Auction closes to alert Delaney's Auction local warehouse with any questions, concerns, or potential issues with items labeled as "New". All "Store Return" and or "Floor model" items are SOLD AS IS NO EXCEPTION and are bought at the customer's OWN RISK. No refunds or exchanges will be given to "Store Return" items.
All items must be picked up in 14 Days or your items will be forfeited, relisted and Sold. There will be NO Refunds for the items that are relisted and Sold. Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring pick up in a timely manner. A $10.00 per item a day fee will also incur.
