Winning bidders must contact Butler Auctioneers LLC within 24 of the close of the auction to arrange payment and pickup of titled vehicles. It is the buyers responsibility to arrange shipping of large items. Accepted methods of payment are cash, cashier's check, wire transfer, credit card (4% processing fee) or personal/business check accompanied with a bank letter of guarantee addressed to Butler Auctioneers LLC for checks over $5,000 if the buyer is not known by the auction company. All fees incurred by wired transfers will be paid by the purchaser. All payments must be made by June 3rd by 3pm central time. It is the buyers responsibility to arrange shipping of large items. Loading assistance is available for large items. There is a $10 handling fee per package (not per item) plus shipping cost for any small items being shipped. Not all items are available for shipping. An invoice with a link to pay by credit card will be emailed to anyone needing small items shipped. Once items are ready to ship a second invoice will be sent with shipping charges to be paid by the buyer. Please leave a note for the auctioneer at registration if you will need small items shipped. No shipping offered out of country. Large Item Pickup: Butler Auctioneers, LLC absolutely DOES NOT provide shipping, shipping preparation, or transportation services for any items. Removal of items, moving, packaging, transporting, shipping, and shipping preparation are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Item Transportation: Butler Auctioneers, LLC must be notified via phone or email of any items that cannot be picked up on an Auction Pickup Day, if we are NOT notified then your items will be forfeited. Any items transported back to a Butler Auctioneers, LLC office/facility are subject to a $10 per lot fee. Storage of Personal Property Items: Any item stored at a Butler Auctioneers facility past the scheduled pickup dates will be subject to a $25 per day storage fee unless arrangements have been made with the auction company. Forfeiture of Items: Any item/lot that has not been paid for or picked up from any Butler Auctioneers, LLC location by the end of the scheduled pickup times without arrangements being made, at Auctioneer's discretion, be discarded or resold with proceeds retained by the Auctioneer. TITLE TRANSFERS: All titles must be transferred before taking possession of items. Contact Butler Auctioneers LLC within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction to schedule a time to transfer titled vehicles. Vehicles must have insurance before being driven from the location. SALES TAX: Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the sale price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to Auctioneer. Farmers claiming farm exemption must have a Kentucky Agriculture Number. SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, Butler Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE nor BUTLER AUCTIONEERS, LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
