Shipping:
We offer in-house shipping for most small estate items.
Buyers are to pay all shipping charges. Shipping charges will be added to the total cost of the item(s) (hammer price + buyer's premium + sales tax (if applicable). There will be a minimum $5 handling fee for all shipping invoices.
Buyer has five (5) business days to contact us (256-490-2319) with shipping arrangements.
All exceptionally large, fragile, or irregularly shaped items will be packaged and shipped via our local "We Ship It" store. We can deliver the items to the store but you will need to make the arrangements for packing and shipping and will be responsible for all costs to do so.
Furniture, large signs, or extra large pieces may require freight (anything over 110lbs packaged). Uship.com is a reliable shipping option for large pieces (i.e. furniture). It is your responsibility to make arrangements through a freight shipping service.
International buyers are responsible for any and all customs fees in addition to shipping charges.
Non-Payment for Shipping. If the buyer refuses or does not wish to pay for shipping or will not pick up the winning items, Clear Choice Estate Auctions will not, for any reason, refund the Buyer. If the items are not picked up on the scheduled pickup days or arrangements are not made, the items will be deemed abandoned and will become the sole property of Clear Choice Estate Auctions.
Pickup:
Pickup will be located at 2254 Old Highway 411, Centre, Alabama.
Your invoice total must be paid in full for items to be removed from the estate. All items not picked up will become property of Clear Choice Estate Auctions.
