ALL Auction Items are SOLD "AS-IS" , "WHERE-IS" , NO warranty or guarantees of anysort. It is responsibility of the bidder to inspect, ask questions, to assure themselves of the item before bidding. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
WE ENCOURAGE ALL BIDDERS TO INSPECT LARGE ITEMS (VEHICLES, TRACTORS) We are not mechanics , we have described all items and defects to the best of our knowledge. ALL SALES ARE FINAL If you have missed the open house you can make an appointment to view items, call 716-432-2377
ALL bidders must give First and Last name, address, phone number, valid Credit Card, and email address.
Benz Enterprises Auctions or the Owner reserve the right to refuse registration to anyone who has defaulted on payment or has not honored bids at previous auctions.
A BUYERS PREMIUM of 12% will be added to the price of ALL items.
Sales tax of 8.75% will be charged on all taxable items, UNLESS purchaser is Tax Exempt and has it on file with Benz Enterprises Auctions. ( You can fill out tax exempt forms at time of pickup and the invoice will be adjusted)
*Vehicles/ TRAILERS with the title will not be charged sales tax, you will pay your tax at the DMV at time of registering.
Payment will be made at time of pickup. We accept CASH, GOOD CHECK, And Credit Card
*Any totals over $1,000.00 must be made by CERTIFIED CHECK OR CASH at time of checkout , unless previously approved by Benz Enterprises Auctions

Benz Enterprises Auctions reserve the right to remove, or add to any Auction items up until auction time.
Bids CANNOT be retracted once placed, Once you bid it is a binding contract.
THIS IS A TIMED ONLINE ONLY AUCTION lots will be staggered, and have a soft close begining TO CLOSE on THURSDAY MAY 9th at 6pm. SOFT CLOSE - item bidding will be extended by 2 minutes when there is bidding activity at time of close. IN THE EVENT THE AUCTION IS CLOSING AND THE SERVER GOES DOWN THE AUCTION CLOSING WILL BE PAUSED AND CLOSING WILL BE RESTARTED.
This is a Local Pickup Only Auction
ALL successful bidders must come during set pickup hours. Items not picked up in the pickup time will be come property of the Auctioneer, and will be disposed of at their discretion .
LOADERS WILL BE RUNNING ON PICKUP DAYS . CASHIER WILL BE ON SITE.
