All items must be paid in full before picking up items or having them shipped.
13% HST (Ontario) tax will be applied to all purchases. A 12% Buyers Premium will be applied to all purchases. Payment can be made by Cash. Cheque, Debit and E-transfer at no extra charge. A 3% surcharge will be added to invoices that are paid by VISA or Mastercard.
Auction Terms & Conditions: All sales are final and binding. All items are sold on an as is, where is condition with all faults. There are no warranties or guarantees for any item sold.
It is your responsibility as a bidder to determine condition, authenticity, and value of the merchandise before bidding on an item. By placing a bid, bidder certifies that they have examined the items IN THE PHOTOS PROVIDED to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to examine the photos and purchase item anyway, no matter its condition. Please read the descriptions carefully. We try extremely hard to make sure the items are accurately depicted in the photos. If damage is photographed and not in the description, or vice versa, it is still classified as DISCLOSED and there will be no refund issued for lack of disclosure.

All items must be picked up during the posted time advertised. Buyer is responsible to bring all packing materials when pick up items.
When picking up items, proprietors or staff, are not liable for any damage or injury whatsoever caused to the public or their vehicle by any accident, incident, or mishap.
All items in this sale can be shipped via Canada Post. Buyer pays Canada Posts shipping fees plus $20 packaging / handling fee.
Any items not picked up or shipping arrangements made by the ending time on assigned pick up day will be considered abandoned and then eligible to be sold on another date.
